Prerequisites

Installation of 'SnapHire' and the ‘Assessment Hub’ in the SnapHire Marketplace is a prerequisite for successfully using the Spark Hire app. Please ensure you have the ability to ‘Manage apps’ for your organisation and are granted the SnapHire permissions, ‘Can manage bucket views’ and ‘Can manage Assessment Hub views’.
Before you begin

You will need a Spark Hire account and will be asked for your API key during the install process. Please work with the Spark Hire team to obtain your API key.
Let's get started

1. Open the Spark Hire app and click the 'Install' button and confirm by clicking 'Ok'. 2. After the app has completed installation, please review the app for further setup requirements. 3. Open the app and click on the 'SETUP REQUIRED' button 4. This should launch further setup requirements and will ask for an API key. The Spark Hire platform team will work with you in activating your integration and obtaining your API Key. 5. When you have your API Key you will need to open the app and click on the ‘Add API Key’ button. Paste your copied API Key and Save. 6. Once the setup has been completed, your Spark Hire assessment(s) be available in Assessment Hub for you to configure after successfully adding your API Key. 7. An API key needs to be activated for every user planning to use the integration to start an assessment.
Use with your existing system(s)

After install, you will need to login to the SnapHire 'Admin' tab and set up your ‘Assessment Hub view’ and add any applicable fields to your default view or create and apply a new Assessment Hub view for Spark Hire; The following fields must be included in the ‘Assessment Hub view’ and applied to the Spark Hire assessment types. - Candidate First Name, Candidate Family Name, Candidate Email, Job ID, Job title & Short description OR Full description Note: Agency candidate email address can optionally be included (if used) but must be called 'AgencyEmail' in the description.
